Gosour Developments has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Telecom Egypt “WE,” under which all communications and smart technology services will be made available in all Gosour Developments projects, Invest-Gate reports.

This partnership aims to enhance the integration of services provided to customers and keep pace with global technological advancements across the company’s projects.

The contract was signed by Eng. Mohamed Al-Shaer, Chairman of Gosour Developments, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Sakout, Head of Corporate Clients at Telecom Egypt “WE,” in the presence of officials from both companies.

Eng. Mohamed Al-Shaer emphasized that his company is committed to providing distinguished services that promote integration in its projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality of life. He pointed out that this strategic cooperation encompasses all the company’s current and future projects.

Our goal is to provide a robust infrastructure for the real estate projects developed by Gosour Developments, including high-speed internet services, integrated communications systems, and smart digital solutions that meet future needs,” he added.

He explained that, under this cooperation, Telecom Egypt’s “WE” networks will be integrated, along with the provision of communications services using the latest technologies in projects owned by Gosour Developments.

Mr. Ahmed Al-Sakout stated that this collaboration with a leading real estate development company in the Egyptian market enhances Telecom Egypt’s plans to extend its advanced services to real estate projects, supporting the digital transformation of the Egyptian real estate sector. He underscored his company’s commitment to providing advanced communications solutions that meet the requirements of the Egyptian real estate market.
