130 acres behind Al Ghaba Al Sadsa area in 10th of Ramadan have been reclaimed after the removal of all infringements and transgressions, Adel Saeed Al Naggar, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority told Invest Gate.

The city launched a massive campaign, to remove encroachments in this area, with the participation of the police, and Al Sharqia Directorate Security Forces, Al Naggar said.

On the other hand, 12 commercial stores and 3 pharmacies were sold in an auction in the markets of neighborhoods: 26, 34, 51, 61, and the market in region 1, district 16, Al Naggar explained that shops reached as high as EGP 17,000 per square meter, while pharmacies reached 50,500 per square meter which indicates the availability of attraction elements of the city.

“Another auction will be held for the sale of 15 commercial stores and 3 pharmacies, in region one, neighborhoods 16, 17, 21, 29, and 37,” he concluded.
