Assam El Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, reveals a complementary offer of residential plots in the new cities of Upper Egypt, with priority for the citizens who previously applied to reserve the project, unless they don’t withdraw the amount of the reservation, Invest-Gate reports.

El Gazzar stresses that the offering of residential plots (medium housing – distinguished housing – the most distinguished housing) in the new cities of Upper Egypt sees a great turnout from citizens. This strong demand requires a quick response to the requests submitted by citizens who apply for reservations through the Housing and Development Bank.

For his part, Waleed Abbas, deputy minister of housing and supervisor of the NUCA Planning and Projects Sector, clarifies that the terms of the offering, method of reservation, locations, spaces, prices, and method of payment will be available on the website as soon as the offering is announced in the newspapers.

Abbas adds that 19,131 additional plots will be offered in the additional phase, in addition to 3,677 plots previously offered, which shows that 22,696 plots are offered within phase I and the complementary phase.

Moreover, the number of citizens who pay the reservation on the first offer is 22,556 citizens up to the end of the application period on July 21st, 2022.
