Mohamed Ragab, Head of New Damietta Development Authority, said that the delivery of the fifth and complementary fifth phases of Beit Al Watan’s lands in New Damietta started on October 1 and will be continuing until October 30, Invest-Gate reports.

During the period from November 4 to 12, the authority will also start handing over the most distinctive lands reserved at the complementary fifth phase located at the east of New Damietta, Ragab added.

Beit Al Watan is targeting Egyptian expats who are paying the value of acquired land plots in foreign currency.
