Gov’t Delivers New Units in Dar Misr Phase I

The New Cairo City Authority handed over on February 10 a new batch of residential units at the first phase of the Dar Misr middle-income housing project, Invest-Gate reports.

The authority delivered 26 buildings, comprising of 624 fully finished units, complete with all utilities in the northern side of Qronfol district, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar noted in a statement on February 8.

“Applicants have to finalize all financial procedures with the Housing and Development Bank (HDB), in the “first settlement” branch. Afterward, they will submit the bank letter they received to the authority, which will preview the unit before delivery,” Gamal Talaat, assistant to deputy chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), was quoted as saying.

In December 2019, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has approved the allocation of 23 plots for the establishment of various medical, commercial, and administrative projects in New Cairo.
