Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities for National Projects Khaled Abbas inspects the Maspero Triangle project accompanied by Salah Metwally, Supervisor of Developing the Areas of Maspero Triangle, Imbaba Airport and Ain Sira, and New Urban Communities Authority officials, to follow up on the progress of the ongoing development projects, Invest-Gate reports.
Housing officials visit the alternative housing towers for its original residents and the Nile Towers project, according to an official statement on January 18.
Ministry officials have also met with the advisory offices and the implementing companies, making sure they adhere to the specific timetables with the best efficiency.
On his part, the Supervisor of Developing the Areas of Maspero Triangle indicates that the development of the Maspero Triangle area includes the implementation of the towers project. It consists of a basement (underground garage) with an area of 19220 sqm, a capacity of 353 cars, and a ground floor (commercial) with an area of 16970 sqm, and the first floor (garage) with a surface area of 15800 sqm, a capacity of 280 cars, and two towers for alternative housing each of them consists of 18 residential units with a total of 468 housing units.
The implementation rate is about 68%. The third tower with a height of 23 residential floors and a total of 134 residential units, the implementation rate, of which is about 73%. The administrative tower consists of a basement, a commercial ground floor, and 15 recurring floors with a total area of 10200 sqm, and a 51% implementation rate.
