Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly has released the latest update on the number of units constructed since 2014, Invest-Gate reports.

According to Madbouly, the number of units implemented since 2014 until now reached 1.71 mn units for all social classes, in addition to 55,726 units yet to be offered.

In Sakan Masr project, a total of 41,016 units are being established. The project is scheduled to include 100,000 residential units nationwide once established.

As for Dar Misr, which comprises 95,832 units, a total of 5,088 units have been completed, while the rest are at different stages of construction.

In the New Administrative Capital, 25,426 units are being established and 13,319 are completed.

Since 2014 until now, 191,768 land plots were offered, of which 130,275 were sold.
