The government is releasing new housing units for sale, Invest-Gate reports.
The Ministry of Housing offers 3-bedroom units with area up to 90 square meters located in 22 cities including Alexandria, Ismailia, Suez, Qalyubia, and Sharqia.
Specification booklets will be available as of August 12 and reservation will run from August 20 until September 20.
The fully-furnished units are offered for EGP 184,000, in addition to 5% of the unit price as a maintenance deposit.
Buyers can pay the unit’s price in full, or over installments, starting from EGP 590 per month with an EGP 11,000 down payment.
