Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly has called on his ministry to prepare for the biggest offering of lands and units in new cities, Invest-Gate reports.

The government will announce in March the exact date for reservation, a ministry statement reads.

Units will be offered in Dar Misr and Sakan Misr housing projects in New Al-Alamein, New Mansoura, and the extension of Sheikh Zayed, in addition to a number of villas in New Mansoura.

The ministry is also expected to announce soon the third offering of lands through a public private partnership (PPP), in addition to other lands to be offered for sale for investors in new cities.
