Gov’t to Allocate 40,000 Units in Six Cities
The government is to hold a lottery for new housing units as part of its new housing project Sakan Misr, Invest-Gate reports.
The Ministry of Housing will offer 40,000 units in the new project Sakan Misr.
The- 115-square-meter- units are located in New Cairo, 6th of October, Badr, Obour, New Damietta and New Minya, Housing Minister Mostafa Madbouly says in an official statement.
The government will offer applicants easy installment plans, with a special discount for those who will pay in full.
“The excellent finished units will be delivered within two years,” he confirms, adding that specification booklets will be available as of August 15.
