The Ministry of Housing is constructing 15,480 residential units as part of the third phase of Dar Misr in new seven cities, Invest-Gate reports.

The ministry is establishing 8,760 units in New Cairo, 3,024 in 6th of October, 480 in Al-Shorouk City, 816 in Al Obour City, 1,056 in New Damietta, 432 in New El-Minya, and 912 in El-Sheikh Zayed, according to a statement by Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly.

These units have not been put up for sale yet, however, they are in advanced construction stages.
