Head of New Qena Development Authority Radwan Abdel Rashid has announced that the authority will start handing over 1,160 social housing land plots on February 3, Invest-Gate reports.

Lands were booked as part of the seventh complementary lottery at the country’s third district, according to a ministerial statement on January 16.

Abdel Rashid further noted that the delivery will include 666 lands covering 209 square meters each and 494 lands at 276 square meters each, adding that all lands will be delivered by March 18.

New Qena spans over 24,200 acres and is located north of the Nile Delta, 8 kilometers away from Qena city.
