The Housing Ministry is currently finishing 1,536 social residential units to be delivered soon in New Fayyoum, Invest-Gate reports.

An eight-kilometer road is being implemented to link the housing units with Fayoum-Beni Suef Road, according to Ashraf Abdul Rahman, chairman of New Fayyoum’s development authority.

The Ministry is also finalizing the establishment of a sewage lift station in the city’s first district, as well as building an electrical substation worth EGP 95 mn.
