Head of New Cairo Development Authority Adel El Naggar has announced plans to start handing over on June 9 the tenth batch of Dar Misr’s first phase in El Koronfel Villas, New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

El Naggar further revealed that the delivery includes 168 residential units, alongside seven residential complexes, according to a ministerial statement on June 8.

Winners will head to the Housing and Development Bank’s branch located in the Fifth Settlement, east Cairo, to obtain the required financial statements, then to the city’s authority to register their data and get the official documents before viewing the location and receiving their units, the official added.

The first phase of Dar Misr comprises 31,872 units, distributed across various Egyptian governorates.

In December 2018, New Urban Communities Authority Communities’ (NUCA) Vice President Kamal Bahgat said the authority is set to deliver 360 middle-income residential units in the first two phases of Dar Misr project in Shorouk City, east Cairo.
