Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly announced that the Sheikh Zayed City Authority will begin on April 22 the delivery of 192 housing units, 8 residential building, in the second phase of the middle-income project Dar Misr, Invest-Gate reports.

The winner should go to the Housing and Development Bank branch in the city to pay any due financial amounts and receive a letter addressed to the authority stating the payment of all required fees, Ahmed Ibrahim Mohamed, chairman of the authority explained.

The potential owner should then take the required documents and visit the authority’s office to receive the unit receipt.

The required documents are originals of the bank receipt, letter of the financial settlement from the bank, and a check portfolio given by the bank, as well as copies of deposit payment receipt, last installment payment receipt, and the National ID cards for the potential owner as well as their spouse.
