New Urban Communities Authority Communities’ (NUCA) Vice President Kamal Bahgat said the authority is set to deliver 360 middle-income residential units in the first two phases of Dar Misr project at El Shorouk City, Invest-Gate reports.

El Sherouk City Authority President Sherif El Sherbiny added that the government has already started the delivery of 1,080 units in the first phase of Dar Misr project, noting that another 240 units will be ready for delivery in the same phase and 120 units in the second phase, according to an official statement on December 12.

Winners will have to submit all the required documents including a photocopy of their ID and a financial statement from Housing and Development Bank in Al Shorouk, he added.
