The Armed Forces Engineering Authority completed new units in the first phase of Dar Misr medium-income housing project, Invest-Gate reports.

The Housing Ministry received a total of 4,464 units from the authority, which will be handed over to buyers as soon as they complete remaining paperwork, Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly was quoted in a ministry statement as saying.

The Ministry has so far delivered 219 units, of which 139 are in New Damietta, 25 in Badr City, 28 in 10th of Ramadan City and 27 in Obour City.

The first phase of Dar Misr comprises 31,872 units distributed throughout various Egyptian governorates.
