Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly announced that 360 and 96 housing units are ready to be delivered in the first phase of the middle-income project “Dar Misr” in Sadat and Obour Cities respectively, Invest-Gate reports.

The Chairman of Obour City Authority Ahmed Omran said that the receipt for the 96 units has been drafted and they will be delivered within four days. He added that the city authority has contacted the Housing and Development Bank (HDB) in Obour City to decide on the delivery date.

Madbouly said that the Sadat City Authority will deliver the 360 units to winners in 18 days, starting March 11.

Engineer Alaa Manie, chairman of Sadat City Authority, explained the procedures for receiving the unit. The winner should go to the HDB branch in the city to pay any due financial amounts and receive a letter addressed to the city authority confirming the payment of all required fees.

The winner is requested to take originals of the bank receipt, letter of the financial settlement from the bank, a check portfolio given by the bank, along with copies of deposit payment receipt, last installment payment receipt, and the National ID cards for the potential owner as well as their spouse.
