The Ministry of Housing will begin delivering land plots in New Borg El Arab City for different income classes from June 24 until August 16, Invest-Gate reports.

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly released a statement on Sunday, June 3, revealing that land plots are delivered through the public lottery system held on November 8 and 9 of last year.

The land plots set for delivery are for the distinguished housing in the fifth and seventh neighborhoods, as well as social housing in the sixth neighborhood.    

In the statement, Chairman of the New Borg Al Arab Development Authority Amin Ghoneim announced that the delivery of distinguished housing-related land plots will be from June 28 until July 9.

The delivery of the social housing-related land plots will also begin on July 11 until 26 and from July 29 to August 16.
