The New Obour City Development Authority will start on March 15 the delivery of land plots in the most distinguished, social housing, and Beit Al Watan projects, Invest-Gate reports.
Beneficiaries should first open a file for the land plot at the authority’s headquarters and submit all the related financial documents, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar said in a recent ministerial statement.
The delivery of the housing-related land parcels will last until May 5, the statement added.
In February, El Gazzar stated that 816 residential units, or 34 buildings, have been implemented in the JANNA luxury housing project in Obour City.
Furthermore, 30 residential buildings have been initially handed over and four more are still in process for delivery, El Gazzar was quoted as saying in a press release.
