Prime Minister and Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development, Mostafa Madbouly, has revealed that New Damietta Development Authority is going to deliver 504 units as part of Dar Misr project in the city starting from Sunday, September 16, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Ragab, Chairman of New Damietta Development Authority, said that a scheduled delivery program is being implemented to hand over the units to their owners from September 16 to October 21.
Owners should go to the Housing and Development Bank (HDB) to pay all financial dues before receiving their units.
Dar Misr is a middle-class housing project and its residents are chosen through a lottery system.
