The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) announced on October 9 that over 7,000 residential units will be open for reservation at JANNA luxury housing project, starting October 14, Invest-Gate reports.
Assistant Minister for Community Affairs of NUCA Walid Abbas said, “In 6th of October City, 112 buildings, with 2,688 housing units, were put in place, in addition to 38 buildings, comprising 912 units, in Sheikh Zayed and 34 buildings, consisting of 816 units, in Obour City,” according to an official statement.
Besides, the ministry is offering 1,056 housing units in New Damietta as well as 1,176 units in Shorouk City and 528 units in New Minya, Abbas added.
The official also underlined that all JANNA’s buildings are situated in prime locations across the said governorates and are in close proximity to existing residential and services areas.
JANNA project encompasses fully-finished units, with areas varying between 100 and 150 square meters, while featuring a swimming pool, a social club, and a service area, Adel El Naggar, head of New Cairo City Authority, earlier revealed in a statement.
Applicants will be required to pay a down payment of EGP 100,000 with flexible payment plans. However, the allocation of units will be on a first-come-first-served basis through the Housing and Development Bank’s (HDB) website (www.hdb-reservation.com), as of October 14.
