The government plans to develop unsafe areas in Damietta, Invest-Gate reports.

Khaled Sedeek, the executive director of the Slums Development Fund (SDF), and Damietta Governor Ismail Abdel Hamid signed a protocol partnership to develop the north and south areas of El Sayadeen in Ras El Bar, Damietta. The EGP 24.8 mn project will be completed within 10 months.

Eight buildings comprising 160 residential units will be established in the north of El Sayadeen to relocate 150 families and keep the south of El Sayadeen without any residential buildings.
