The Housing Ministry will launch low- and middle-income housing units for the first time in West Qena and Nasser in West Assiut, Invest-Gate reports.
The units will be delivered within 24 months, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly says in a statement, adding that the units will be offered in cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and the Social Housing Fund.
This is the first offering of units in these two Upper Egyptian areas as part of low-income housing and Sakan Masr projects.
All details regarding the terms and conditions of reserving a residential unit as well as the payment methods will be announced soon, according to the statement.
