Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly urged to expedite the preparation of a large number of lands to be offered for sale through a lottery system, Invest-Gate reports.

The lottery will include lands in New Sheikh Zayed, New Obour, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, extension of 6th of October, and a number of new cities in Upper Egypt, according to a ministry statement.

Madbouly also urged to set a speedy development plan for two new areas in New Obour city to establish Sakan Masr and Dar Misr housing units.
