The Egyptian Cabinet has agreed to start offering lands in the fifth phase of Beit Al-Watan project to Egyptian expats, Invest-Gate reports.  

A total of 2903 land slots will be offered for sale in New Cairo, New Damietta, Badr City, New Aswan, 6th of October, New Assiut, and New Qena, according to Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly.

A number of conditions should be available in those wishing to buy a land in the newest phase of Beit Al Watan, including having the Egyptian nationality and not previously buying land in Beit Al-Watan project.
