The government unveils the designs of the high-end residential community known as “R3” in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The 1,000-feddan project comprises 699 residential buildings, 328 fully-furnished villas, and 157 town houses, according to the Housing Ministry.

Divided into eight neighborhoods, the community will feature 25,424 residential and commercial units.
