Cordoba for Trade and Real Estate Investment completed construction of the Grand Plaza project in Mohendessin, Al Mal News reported.

The company has begun the finishing of the units for the project, said Amin Khatab, Cordoba’s Sales Supervisor.

The plaza is built over 1,200 square meters and serves as a commercial, residential, and hotel hub. There are  five floors for commercial use, one floor for administrative use, and seven floors for residential units.

All of the residential units have been sold except for five units, said Khattab.

The company invested EGP 40 million this year only on three projects, namely Grand Plaza, Creek Park and Cordoba Gardens.
