Egypt’s Green Town Real Estate and Development has achieved sales worth EGP 186 mn in 2018 for a number of Egypt-based real estate projects being implemented by distinct developers, Invest-Gate reports.

Amira Mostafa, chairman of Green Town, said in press statement on February 14 that the company aims to further achieve sales of EGP 240m in 2019, noting that Green Town aims to expand its business in marketing administrative and commercial projects in different areas across Egypt.

The real estate company already markets residential and tourism projects in east Cairo, New Administrative Capital (NAC), and Ain Sokhna for a number of real estate developers, namely Al Ahly for Real Estate Development, Palm Hills Developments, Sixth of October Development and Investment (SODIC), Tatweer Misr, Misr Italia Properties, Pyramids Developments, among others.

Green Town is also an advisor for a colossal number of clients and has been operating in Egypt’s real estate market since three years ago, Mostafa noted, underlining that the company is working on increasing its branches during the current period in Upper Egypt and Delta cities to diversify its clients’ base.
