GV Investments, Belly Holding Forge Partnership for Tarboul Infrastructure Projects

GV Investments has announced a strategic partnership with Belly Holding, focusing on implementing crucial infrastructure projects in the industrial city of Tarboul, Invest-Gate reports.

This collaboration aims to support comprehensive development processes in the region, attract investments, and achieve sustainable growth.

The joint venture entails executing infrastructural projects, including utilities and road preparatory works, covering an area of 1.5 million sqm. It involves the deployment of exploration sensors, drilling wells, and the initial groundwork for the circular road.

This groundwork lays the foundation for constructing ready-made factories spanning a total area of 536,000 sqm, featuring 268 factories at 525 sqm each and 277 factories at 360 sqm each.

Sherif Hamouda, Chairman of the Board at GV Investments, commented on the partnership: “Tarboul possesses the necessary resources and services to foster industrial activity, leveraging state-of-the-art technology in infrastructure development. This ensures an optimal environment for business and investment.”

Hamouda added, “The city has witnessed significant achievements thanks to signed agreements, and we cherish our collaboration with Belle Holdings, aiming to deliver high-quality services and develop infrastructure meeting the latest global standards, making Tarboul a unique industrial model in the region.”

Moreover, Tarboul is Egypt’s first green and smart industrial city designed for living. Within Egypt’s trade network, it spans 26,000 acres in Atfih, Giza. Equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure aligning with fourth-generation city requirements, it is estimated to accommodate around 13,000 factories, potentially providing over 650,000 job opportunities. The initial phase includes establishing a wholesale market, retail outlets, a central cooling area, and dry storage zones.

Expressing satisfaction in collaborating with GV Investments on Tarboul’s infrastructure development, Hazem Hamad Ayesh, Chairman of Belly Holding, highlighted the city’s advanced infrastructure, which employs cutting-edge technologies for facility management.

“The city aims to become a smart industrial hub adhering to the highest global standards, committing to providing essential resources for executing the initial phase’s infrastructure projects,” added Ayesh.
