GV Investments announces participation in the management and development of a sport and social club in the 5th Settlement’s Mohamed Naguib Axis, Invest-Gate reports.
Situated on 18 feddans with around EGP 2 bn investments, the new club offers hotel services, a shopping mall, an E-Sport stadium, and 5 swimming pools.
The club also features football, handball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, and croquet stadiums. 88% of the club’s space is dedicated to green spaces.
Chairman of GV Investments, Sherif Hamouda, reveals that the company inked contracts with one of the key Italian sports facility management companies for co-management of the new club.
The new club offers sports, social, and entertainment activities for all family members, Hamouda adds.
