The Ministry of Justice revealed that approximately 500,000 properties have been traded through the Saudi Real Estate Exchange since its official launch in late August 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The exchange, a comprehensive platform, offers a wide array of services, such as property transactions, digital property management, deed updates, real estate inquiries, and mortgage-related services, empowering users with all the tools they need for successful real estate transactions.

Moreover, the exchange provides daily indicators of the value of real estate transactions across the Kingdom’s cities and neighborhoods.

Furthermore, since the transactions were electronically recorded, these indicators can be displayed hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or for the entire historical period.

Also, the indicators measure the number of transactions and properties, their value in Saudi Riyals, their area in square meters, and their value per square meter.

Notably, this allows users to track property activity in the most active areas and compare real estate prices and square meter values across different regions.
