Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced that the delivery of residential and service plots of land in the Beit Al Watan project to Egyptians living abroad, specifically the eighth and supplementary phase in Badr City, Invest-Gate reports.
The delivery will take place from May 12, 2024, to May 29, 2024, on specified dates.
Radwan Abdel Rashid, head of the Badr City Development Authority, provided further details, stating that service plots and residential plots with mixed residential activities will be delivered as follows: Plots No. 98 to 106, located in the area north of the Russian University, will have mixed residential activities. Plots No. 50, 54, 55, and 56 will be assigned for service activity in the city center, while plots No. 17, 19, and 20 will have service activities in the entertainment district in the west of the city.
The delivery of these plots will occur from May 12, 2024, to May 15, 2024, with an additional allocation on May 19, 2024, and May 20, 2024, for those who were unable to receive their receipts.
Regarding residential plots, plot No. 33 in the distinguished district of Villas – Area K, and plots No. 300 to 313 in the fifth district of the first district, will be delivered on May 21, 2024, and May 22, 2024.
Additionally, plots No. 117, 118, 119, 123, and 134 in the fifth district of the second district, plots No. 94, 237, 273, and 274 in the first district, plot No. 201 in the second district, plot No. 106 in the third district, and plot No. 220 in the fourth district, all with residential activities in the third district, will be delivered from May 26, 2024, to May 27, 2024, with an additional allocation on May 28, 2024, and May 29, 2024, for those who were unable to receive their plots.
Abdel Rashid also mentioned that the delivery date for plots of land in Area C – D, in the entertainment district, will be announced at a later time.
