UC Real Estate Development Names Architect Hani Saad as a consultant for Uni-Tower Capital Project, Invest-Gate reports.

The Uni-Tower project is the first of the company’s projects in the downtown area at New Administrative Capital, which is a (commercial – administrative – medical) project with a total building area of ​​11,000 sqm and investments of up to EGP 750 mn.

“This contract is one of the agreements that the company intends to implement in the upcoming period with a group of engineering consultancy expertise to design the project with the highest architectural level in line with the company’s engineering vision”, Sameh Awad, CEO of the company is quoted as saying in a company press release on February 11.

Awad further adds that the Uni-Tower project is the first project that UC intends to launch in 2021 with a total investment of EGP5 bn. Furthermore, Awad highlights that the “Uni Tower” mall (administrative – commercial – medical – hotel) consists of 10 floors, with a unique design and a premium location.

Moreover, he indicates that UC is an investment entity established through the merging of real estate experiences with more than 20 years and owns more than 70 distinguished projects in many areas such as Heliopolis, New Cairo, and October 6. He also affirms that the company’s strategy aims to gather experiences to penetrate the market with diverse real estate projects.
