Harva Developments has officially signed an agreement with A Plus to manage and operate its Tibra District project, located in the heart of 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.
Mr. Hussein Salah, Chairman of Harva Developments, stated that Tibra District is situated in the Fifth District of 6th of October City on a land area of 5,500 sqm, strategically positioned near major landmarks. The project comprises four floors that will host leading commercial brands, as well as a medical zone operated by Healthcare, a company specialized in medical facility management.
Eng. Hany Farrag, Board Member at Harva Developments, highlighted that partnering with A Plus stems from the company’s strategy of selecting experienced partners to ensure the delivery of a sustainable, competitive product that secures the highest returns for investors. He emphasized that A Plus brings extensive expertise in managing mixed-use projects.
Mr. Ashraf El-Banna, Chairman of A Plus, explained that the company provides two main services. The first focuses on facility management, starting at the design phase by offering recommendations to the project’s consulting engineer, while the second phase is recommendations on landscaping, access control, and smart solutions to enhance service quality. The second focuses on commercial center management, offering guidance during the design stage and handling leasing for developers or owners.
Dr. Mohamed Farouk, Board Member at Harva Real Estate Development, stressed that the company’s development approach is based on strong scientific and strategic foundations, including location selection, functional planning, design, and management. He noted that sustainability in the market is the result of thoughtful planning, a solid reputation, and strength across all business pillars.
