Harva Developments to Launch EGP1.5 bn Residential Project in October Gardens

Harva Developments is set to launch its first residential project, GÜL, in October Gardens, with an investment of EGP 1.5 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The project, named after the Turkish word for “flower,” will feature 18 residential buildings with unit sizes ranging from 90 to 180 sqm.

Board Member and Head of Marketing Omneya Awad highlighted the prime location of GÜL across from the Owest project. The development will include a commercial area, a mosque, and a social club, with construction scheduled to begin in 2025 and completion expected by 2028.

Moreover, Awad emphasized West Cairo’s promising future, noting the area’s growing appeal to major investors. She credited government initiatives for supporting real estate development, which is crucial to Egypt’s economic growth.

For his part, Mohamed Fawzy, Executive Director, mentioned that Harva Developments initially launched “Alva,” a 4,000 sqm commercial mall in October Gardens. The mall, with a ground floor and two additional floors, also represents a significant EGP 1.5 bn investment.

Furthermore, Fawzy added that the strategic location of “Alva” near Oasis Road, Zewail Road, and Zamalek Club and the area’s need for services motivated Harva to establish its presence there.

Notably, Harva Developments was founded by industry veterans Hussein Salah, Hani Helmy of DIG, and businessman Yasser Raslan to expand real estate projects across West Cairo and the North Coast.
