Hassan Allam Awarded Project in New Capital

Egypt-based Hassan Allam Construction (HAC), a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding (HAH), has announced a new project award by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development for a mixed-use development in the R5 district in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is a mixed-use complex inspired by “Khedival Cairo architectural style” and is part of the ministry’s strategy to lure investments into new cities, which reflects on the establishment of sustainable urban communities contributing to the state’s development, according to HAH’s press release on its official website.

“HAC has been awarded this project on a turnkey basis- including related infrastructure and landscape works- with a total built-up area of 558,000 square meters (including 160,000 square meters basements),” the announcement reads.

It is worth noting that since the inauguration of the new capital in 2015, HAC has been awarded a number of development projects, particularly in the infrastructure and special building fields.
