Hassan Allam Properties has been awarded the “Honorary Leadership in Real Estate Development” award during the annual Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025, in recognition of its pioneering role in delivering innovative, integrated real estate developments that have enhanced the competitiveness and growth of Egypt’s real estate market over the past year, Invest-Gate reports.
The award was presented during the second edition of Invest-Gate’s flagship annual event, which highlights key achievements and innovations in Egypt’s real estate sector and honors companies and leaders with a tangible impact on the industry’s development.
This recognition underscores Hassan Allam Properties’ position as a leading player in the Egyptian market, with a diversified portfolio of more than 25 landmark projects across East and West Cairo, Mostakbal City, the North Coast, and the Red Sea.
