Hassan Allam Wins Emaar Misr’s Project

Egypt’s Hassan Allam Construction (HAC), a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding (HAH), has revealed a new project award by Emaar Misr for the Mivida Boulevard residential project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning across a built-up area of 274,000 square meters, HAC’s scope includes all earthworks, geotechnical works, and side supports, as well as, concrete works, architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical works, infrastructure, and landscape works, according to an announcement on HAH’s official website.

The project is scheduled for completion within 36 months and will employ more than 2,000 workers, the company adds.

“This new award is a testament of HAC’s dominance and leadership in the buildings construction market; offering clients a one-stop-shop for complex, turn-key, and building projects,” the announcement reads, adding that the Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) is a joint venture partner with HAC on this project.

Emaar Misr’s Mivida Boulevard is a residential project inspired by Las Ramblas of Barcelona, featuring a wide range of upscale shopping, leisure, and entertainment venues.
