The prominent Egyptian real estate exhibition “Hazi Misr Prime” is set to return in the fourth quarter of 2025 with three major editions in Jeddah (October 16), Riyadh (October 23), and Doha (November 13). Each event will run for three days, continuing the exhibition’s mission to promote and export Egyptian real estate to Arab markets, Invest-Gate reports.

These editions mark the 28th, 29th, and 30th rounds of the exhibition, which has built a strong reputation over the past 14 years as a leading marketing platform for Egyptian properties abroad. The event plays a key role in supporting the national economy and attracting Arab and expatriate Egyptian investors.

This year, “Hazi Misr Prime” will feature a broad lineup of developers, including first-time participants and top-tier Egyptian real estate companies. Visitors can expect exclusive offers, significant discounts, and city-specific surprises.

Under the slogan “We’re not just marketing real estate—we’re marketing a country,” the exhibition highlights Egypt’s investment potential and modern lifestyle appeal. It aims to present a professional image of Egypt while reinforcing the real estate sector as a secure and attractive investment opportunity in the Gulf region.
