The Housing and Development Bank sold 4,000 terms of conditions booklet to book 23,900 pieces of land in a draw for distinctive and premium land plots, Al Borsa reported.
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development has offered a supplementary draw for former applicants of a previous draw for 21,300 units. The sale of terms of conditions booklet began on August 7th and will end on August 25.
“To be eligible to apply for the supplementary draw, the applicant must have previoulsy applied to book land in the same city, yet does not have one,” said Tariq Sebaey, supervisor of the commercial real estate sector affairs at New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
There are 16,400 distinctive land plots offered, including 5,145 pieces in 6th of October City, 5,687 plots in 10th of Ramadan, and 1,034 in Sadat City, 2,654 plots at Badr, 898 pieces in the Burj Al Arab, 746 plots in New Beni Suef, 277 plots in New Suhaj, and four plots in New Aswan, added Sebaey.
For the premium land plots, there are 7,583 plots of land offered, namely 6,991 in New Cairo, 302 in Obour City, 95 in 15th of May City, and 195 plots in New Damietta City, said Sabeay.
