Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD) enters into negotiations with companies and funds based on the GCC region for the sale of assets and land, informed sources note, Invest-Gate reports.
Talks include injecting investments for the acquisition of land owned by the company in a group of areas in Egypt, sources add.
They reveal that the negotiations incorporate participation in the Heliopark project, which is developed by Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development (MNHD), a subsidiary of HCCD.
It is worth noting that the Heliopark project is set to be situated on 1,695 feddans and is expected to generate EGP 397 bn in revenue over 25 years.
