Egyptian real estate developer, Heliopolis Developers Group HDG, is launching its new Midway project, a medical commercial compound in New Heliopolis City, Invest-Gate reports.

The project includes a medical and commercial compound encompassing all life requirements, currently offered with payment facilities of up to eight years.

Meanwhile, the company has a number of residential projects such as Korba Heights in New Heliopolis, Gold Yard in Sheraton, as well as the North Plus and Business Plus in New Cairo.

HDG has contributed over ten years in the reconstruction of New Cairo City with investments exceeding EGP 600 mn and a leading role in drawing the face of urban civilization for the city.
