Housing & Development Properties (HDP), the real estate arm of Housing & Development Bank, has signed an agreement with Archimid Architects to provide engineering consultancy and supervision for its flagship project, Square One Exclusive Residences in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Located at the main entrance of New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, off South 90 Street in El-Shouyfat, the project spans 45,000 sqm with total investments exceeding EGP 2.5 bn. With only 15% built-up area and 85% dedicated to green spaces, the development reflects HDP’s vision of delivering sustainable living environments and an elevated quality of life.
