Sherif El-Sherbiny, Head of the New Administrative Capital City Development Authority, accompanied by the agency’s officials, made an inspection tour of the housing sector in the R5 District, to follow up on the progress of work on ongoing projects, Invest-Gate reports.
El-Sherbiny explained that the R5 district project has an area of 885 acres and includes 22,000 residential units, including a villa area. The neighborhood is being implemented according to the architectural style of downtown, mixed with the modern French style, and is called the New Garden City.
Furthermore, El-Sherbiny held several expanded meetings with several companies to which implementation work was assigned, at the work sites, stressing commitment to the timetable for completing the project.
El-Sherbiny also inspected the coordination work of the general site in the neighborhood, stressing that the projects would be completed with the highest quality, according to the specifications presented, and on time.
