Khaled Ragab, head of the New Beni Suef City Development Authority, signs the preliminary sale contract for the plot of land allocated to the Engineers Syndicate to establish a new social sports club in the city’s sports and entertainment area, which spans over ​​4.9 acres, Invest-Gate reports.

Ragab clarifies that the necessary licenses are being issued to start construction work for the project soon. Additionally, the project will make a qualitative leap in the various services in the city and will contribute to providing many job offers, as well as meet the requirements of the city’s residents.

On the other hand, Ragab attends the signing of a cooperation protocol between Nahda University and New Beni Suef Youth Center to provide care, community services and consultancy in marketing, media, medical care for players and engineering consultancy to develop the center and organize medical convoys, through different colleges of the university.

Also, the protocol includes that the Youth Center hosts competitions and sports activities, such as training, matches, and sports competitions for the Al-Ahly Football Academy, as well as the social, artistic and cultural activities offered by the university.
