Ahmed Ismail, the head of the New Nubaria City Authority, accompanied by officials from the authority, toured some projects in New Nubaria City, Invest-Gate reports.

The projects included road works and site coordination along the parallel road to the desert road within the city, starting from the industrial entrance. Emphasis was placed on the importance of quality and timely completion of the road.

Moreover, Ismail also followed up on site coordination works at the entrance of the industrial and residential area and site coordination works in the area of sales outlets along the desert road. This was followed by a visit to the green areas and monitoring cleanliness works in the city’s neighbourhoods. The Agriculture Department was directed to continuously improve the efficiency of the green areas, using recycled water and refraining from using any clean water, in line with the state’s vision and the preservation of national resources.

In a related context, Ismail, accompanied by officials from the authority, conducted a nighttime tour to monitor service projects, facilities, maintenance works, and lighting in the neighbourhoods and streets of the city. At the beginning of the tour, they visited the 960 and 1000-unit areas in the first neighborhood, emphasizing the need to intensify cleanliness works, maintenance of green areas, gardening, and removing all encroachments on the green areas and sidewalks.

Furthermore, they also visited the social housing area in the 14-building zone of the second residential neighborhood, and monitored cleanliness, maintenance, and lighting works in the streets. Directions were given to intensify cleanliness and gardening in the “Build Your Home” area.

The head of the New Nubaria City Authority also instructed the electricity department officials to promptly repair any malfunctions in the streetlights while adhering to the load reduction plan in Nubaria.
