Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HELI), an Egypt-based construction company, will offer 32 residential buildings up for sale in Sheraton and Nozhat Al-Obour City at a total price of EGP 200 million, said Khaled Marasi, Managing Director, reported Amwal Al Ghad.
The total investment for the buildings amounts to EGP 40 million, said Marasi. A total of 18 new buildings will be offered in Sheraton, in addition to several modern villas, worth EGP 40 million.
HELI is developing 56 residential buildings in New Heliopolis City, in the New Heliopolis District, which will include 8,600 units with projected investment returns of EGP 10 billion.
The company recently announced its plans to develop 22 acres in Maryland Park, as reported by Invest Gate.
