Heliopolis Housing & Development (HHD) appointed Associated Consultants to draw up the master plan for its new 7.14 mn square meter project Helio Park,  Al Borsa reported.

HHD selected Associated Consultant to prepare the master plan for the project from among three other competitors, according to Hany El Deeb, HHD’s Chairman.

The two companies will sign a contract worth EGP 214,000, with execution of the master plan set to be completed within a month and a half, El Deeb added.

The project will be located between the Madinaty and Rehab compounds, and sales will be announced within the next fiscal year, following a contract with a real estate marketing company.
