Egyptian construction company Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development’s BoD gave the go-ahead to a financial lease worth EGP 100 mn with Global Leasing Company (GLC), Invest-Gate reports.

The total sum will be used to finance a triple treatment plant and a sewage network in New Heliopolis.

GLC’s offer is good in terms of interest rate and conditions, with a seven-year repayment period and quarterly installments, the company says in a bourse statement.
